Thrilled for the opening of the Little Falls Splash Pad, a multitude of people gathered at the Little Falls Area Recreation Complex, located at 14873 Prairie Drive, in Little Falls, July 1. A brief ribbon cutting ceremony was held with Pat Tedford of Fargo, N.D. holding the scissors.
Pat Tedford and her husband, Dick, donated the money that was needed to complete the splash pad, a project long in the making.
“I want to thank the Tedfords for their generous donation. I don’t think this would have happened for another 10 years if it wasn’t for them,” said Mayor Greg Zylka.
