Harley’s Handle Bar & Grill puts fresh spin on Royalton bar

When Eric “Harley” Cohorst first walked into the old Platte House, he knew two things immediately: the building needed a complete overhaul, and he already had a vision for what it could become.
“I did everything,” Cohorst said of the renovation work. “All new flooring, all new paint, all new kitchen appliances, new bar tops.”
That includes installing a margarita bar.
The result is Harley’s Handle Bar & Grill, a biker-themed, but family-friendly bar and grill in downtown Royalton…
