The Starry Eyed Brewing Company in Little Falls has been serving delicious beer, cider and seltzers since it opened in 2017, with the brewery offering over 40 different drinks in its taproom. Recently, Starry Eyed added another feature to its location that’s excited the public: The Smashin’ Patties & Franks food truck.
Owner Thomas Goebel said the brewery has dabbled with different food offerings over the years, but that this permanent food truck represents its biggest investment in filling its customers’ bellies with food as much as it has with beer. Before the food truck’s opening, the brewery would occasionally bring temporary food trucks to the location for big events, but doing so was often too expensive for all but the biggest gatherings. Starry Eyed Brewing has also served pizzas for a number of years, an offering that will continue alongside the new food truck.
