Volunteering has always been a part of Kelly Desormey’s life.
The Little falls resident and Minnesota Power employee can remember volunteering as far back as her childhood days.
“Even as a kid I remember helping out in school,” Desormey said.
On Thursday, April 10, Desormey’s volunteerism will come full circle when she is honored by the Little Falls Chamber of Commerce and Tourism as the organization’s volunteer of the year. The honor will come at the Chamber’s annual meeting.
