The Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls are thrilled in welcoming Dr. Timothy J. Houle as the organization’s new chief operating officer (COO), beginning Sept. 9. Houle, who recently retired after working nearly 16 years as Crow Wing County administrator, was also once the administrator for Morrison County. He held that position for 14 years from 1994 to 2008.
As a COO, Houle will not only oversee the internal operations for the Franciscan Sisters, but will also have a key role in planning for the organization’s future. Given Houle’s experience and leadership skills, the Sisters are confident that he is a perfect fit for the Franciscan Sisters, with its rich history as a religious community serving Central Minnesota for 133 years, as well as future endeavors.
