“Laugh It Off!” is inspired by Schommer’s mother saying, “If you can laugh about it, you can survive it!” All you can do with the ups and downs in life is laugh it off and keep moving forward one laugh at a time. Schommer will be tackling the trials and tribulations of everyday life, hilariously recount some of his more outrageous moments working in entertainment, and examine the unique perspective for life based on growing up in a small town and so much more. Schommer will also be performing a few selections of his winning stories from The Moth StorySlams. Patrick Strait from MN Comedy has said this about Jason, “Nobody tells a better story than Jason Schommer. A long-time opener for the legendary Louie Anderson, Schommer is a multi-layered talent who combines stand-up, storytelling, acting, and improv to create a unique experience every time he is on stage. Jason is a true performer in every sense of the word, and one of the most engaging personalities in all avenues of Twin Cities comedy.”
