Friends of Linden Hill express interest in Rosenmeier House partnership

The future of the Rosenmeier House may now include a familiar name in local historic preservation.
During a recent Little Falls City Council meeting, Julia Mueller, executive director of Friends of Linden Hill, told council members the organization is ready to explore bringing the Rosenmeier House under the same type of oversight agreement it already holds with the city for Linden Hill.
It wasn’t the main focus of her presentation. Mueller had been updating the council on Linden Hill business when she pivoted to the house next door — a property she described as a “very close neighbor,” both geographically and operationally.
