Freedom Fest to continue under new management partnership

The Pierz Area Commercial Club (PACC) announced in a letter to its members that Freedom Fest, its long-running fundraising event, will continue under new management in 2026, thanks to a partnership with a professional financial backer.

The announcement follows what organizers called a highly successful 2025 Freedom Fest, held at the Morrison County Fairgrounds. The two-day event drew positive feedback from attendees and marked one of the most well-received celebrations in the event’s 12-year history.

In the letter, PACC leaders acknowledged the growing challenges of organizing Freedom Fest, including increased liability, financial risk, and the strain placed on a limited volunteer base.
