Little Falls Walmart undergoes transformation

This year, over 650 Walmart stores across the country are undergoing transformations to provide a better shopping experience for customers. Of those stores, 22 are in Minnesota. Of those 22 stores, only one is in Morrison County: the Walmart in Little Falls.

“It’s a massive investment,” said Director of Global Communication Anne Hatfield, who is in charge of messaging for Walmart locations in the western part of the United States.

These changes vary by location, but for the location in Little Falls, some expected additions include expanded departments with added selections of merchandise. A few examples of departments that will see expanded selections include Hispanic foods, home decor, pet products (especially for cats) and apparel.
