Morrison County are you Ready? Real ID important deadline coming soon!

Whether you’re planning a family trip, visiting friends, or just catching a flight, you’ll want to be ready for Real ID deadline coming May 7, 2025.

As part of a federal effort to improve identification security to board domestic flights, enter certain federal buildings, or military bases you will need a Real ID (or a valid passport). A standard driver’s license won’t work anymore. To help select the best option for you or to get more information, go to drive.mn.gov and select “Get a REAL ID” or stop into your local Morrison County License Bureau for assistance. Pre-applying for your Real ID will help save time during your office visit. We want our customers to successfully apply for a REAL ID during their first office visit and not have to make repeat trips. Take advantage of the time and these tools to get yourself ready before coming in.
