Little Falls Assistant Police Chief John Ruby shared his career journey, the unique challenges facing small town police departments and his vision for the future of the Little Falls Police Department.
Ruby’s path to law enforcement was not a direct one. After graduating high school, he worked as a machinist for seven years before a plant closure led him to pursue a career change.
“I’ve always had an interest in law enforcement,” Ruby said. “The idea of being one of the good guys, upholding law and order, really appealed to me.”
