After a lengthy kitchen remodel and licensing process, Shady’s Main Street Grill has officially opened its new kitchen, allowing the popular local restaurant to expand its hours and menu offerings.
The bar has been a fixture in downtown Randall for several decades, but the restaurant underwent a major transition on May 28, 2024, when ownership transferred from the City of Randall to Shady’s Group, which runs multiple bars and grills throughout Minnesota.
The kitchen remodel, which began around Thanksgiving of 2024, faced some delays in getting the necessary permits and equipment, but finally opened its doors in late January.
