Little Falls, Swanville receive millions for water projects

Little Falls and Swanville will receive a combined $4.08 million in funding for water improvement projects in the city, according to the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority (MPFA).
Swanville will receive $3.05 million in state and federal grants for water system improvements, while Little Falls is receiving a $1.75 million loan for a watermain project in the city.
The Swanville project consists of the design, construction, engineering and equipment for a water storage tank, new wells, water meters, and watermain replacement and looping.
