On your way to the lake this year do not forget to stop in at Starry Eyed Brewing in Little Falls, MN. They have quite a selection of tasty beverages to bring with you up north. The taproom boasts of pouring over 40 different beers, seltzers, and ciders. The Brewery is a spacious and friendly place with plenty of outdoor seating.

SEB Wheat pours a yellow-gold color with a big fluffy white head. It has a wheat malt aroma with a hint of spicy floral hops. The flavor starts with a lightly sweet wheat maltiness. Starry Eyed uses malts from Rahr Maltings in Shakopee, MN. The malts also give the beer grainy and bread-like flavors. The beer is balanced by Spicy floral hop flavors and a mild hop bitterness. This is a refreshing and easy drinking beer to enjoy on these warmer days.
