Gunderson Brothers named Morrison County ‘Farm Family of the Year’

For the Gunderson Brothers near Upsala, farming is a way of life. It was how they grew up, said Alan “Fred” Gunderson.
“We were milking, feeding, haying and did other chores at a young age,” said Alan’s older brother, David Gunderson.
He was only four years old when he started driving the tractor, picking up hay bales. By age 10, he was quite active in helping with the fieldwork, David said.
