From pictures highlighting the work environment and employees having fun, to offering beer and scheduling bring-your pet-to-work days, recruiters are trying new things to attract talent.
Recruiters want to meet candidates where they are active, which is one reason recruiters go a step further to post jobs in other places. They have found that candidates are more selective and want more information about the employer before applying.
