Now, local entrepreneur Cary Blechinger-Gorka is poised to transform the facility into a vibrant community destination with the recent opening of Cary’s on the Course on Monday, June 2.

Blechinger-Gorka, already a successful local business owner with Cary’s Bar in downtown Little Falls, brings a wealth of experience to this new venture. Her 20-year background in banquet cooking has prepared her for the challenges of managing a restaurant and event space that serves both golfers and the broader community.

The facility boasts a stunning patio, a well-appointed bar and can accommodate up to 125 guests — features that initially caught her attention when she first considered the opportunity.
