Local landmark 10 Spot Bar & Grill up for sale after 20 years under current owners

For two decades, the 10 Spot Bar & Grill has been the heart and soul of the Royalton community. Now, current owners and married couple Deb and Gary Wenner have decided it’s time to pass the torch, putting the beloved establishment up for sale.
The 10 Spot’s history stretches back over 60 years, with the current building dating to 1889. It was once known as Rooney’s, a local watering hole that served the small town. But it wasn’t until Deb and Gary took over around 2004 that the 10 Spot truly became a community institution.
“We came in and just started,” Deb said. “It was pretty much a one-man show.”
