Drug Court celebrating 10-year anniversary

The Morrison County Drug Court began operation in July of 2014 to assist Morrison County residents who were not successful on traditional probation due to struggling with addiction and needed more intensive supervision and support. From July of 2014 through July of 2024, the Drug Court worked with 104 participants. Drug Court currently has 10 participants.
Drug Court is operated by a multi-disciplinary group of professionals consisting of a judge, prosecutor, public defender, social worker, local chemical dependency professionals and a probation agent. The role of the Community Corrections office and the assigned probation agent are described below.
