Budget overruns and additional costs needed to fully equip and operate the Little Falls Country Club clubhouse could total more than $185,000- including nearly $175,000 in large ticket items needing City Council approval.

The City leadership team comprised of department heads Annie Cribb (human resources director), Hannah Kurkowski (finance director), and Greg Kimman (City engineer and public works director) laid out the most recent challenges regarding the City’s municipal golf course during a Tuesday, June 11 workshop at Little Falls City Hall.

The trio provided an update on the clubhouse renovation project, outlining issues like missing liquor bottles, unauthorized furniture purchases, and unfinished areas such as a room in the clubhouse once planned to house a golf simulator.
