Patriots Cafe takes care to serve those who serve

Walking into the Patriots Cafe, one is not only struck by the smells of delicious food, but also the delightful atmosphere. Old photographs of various historical locations in Swanville hang on the walls. Various woodwork pieces are placed throughout the cafe. Objects representing patriotism, including lots and lots of American flags of all sizes, adorn nearly every inch of the cafe’s walls.
Sherry Ramsey, owner of the Patriots Cafe in Swanville, has been serving up home-cooked meals and friendly conversation to the local community for almost three years. Ramsey shared the story of how she started the business with her family and has seen it grow thanks to community support.
